Procurement Manager – BPO Management (Remote)

The Procurement Manager - BPO Management will take ownership of end-to-end business processes within the Supplier Information Management (SIM) and Coupa Risk Assess (CRA) modules and lead the integration of our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) partner. This role is critical in ensuring efficient supplier onboarding and risk assessments, optimizing procurement operations, and driving process improvements across our systems. The ideal candidate will manage BPO performance and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with procurement and business objectives.

Responsibilities/Deliverables:

BPO Management

• Coordinate with the outsourcing company to ensure seamless integration and cooperation with internal processes
• Oversee the daily operations of the procurement BPO, analyzing key performance metrics and ensuring adherence to service levels and quality standards.
• Monitor BPO performance and ensure adherence to agreed-upon activities
• Provide support for issue resolution and review the work performed by the BPO to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance with established guidelines.
• Work closely with BPO Accounting Senior Director to ensure alignment with activities, agree on value add activities and work to remove redundancies in the process

Vendor Management

• Be responsible for the vendor management processes within Coupa, aligning with business objectives to streamline vendor onboarding, performance tracking, and compliance.
• Review and approve specific tasks and decisions related to vendor management activities. Deliver clear, step-by-step execution instructions and approvals
• Leverage Coupa’s analytics and reporting features to identify areas for process optimization, implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and value within vendor management.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Minimum 5 years relevant Procurement/Category Management experience with progressive responsibility.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and/or other design programs/tools.
• Knowledge of Coupa and SAP S/4HANA is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new systems and tools- eagerness to continue improving technical skills and capabilities.
• Strong process and time management skills- ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, complex environment with conflicting demands.
•  Ability to work effectively under deadlines and manage multiple projects with evolving requirements.
• Self-starter with strong customer service, teamwork and organizational skills.
• Works independently as well as collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Required/Preferred Education and Licenses

• Bachelor Degree preferable or Associate Degree or commensurate experience
